Your License and Terms Of Use For the Exclusive
Turbo Products Offered By TurboMembership.com

The following terms apply to the monthly ebook, script, 5 templates, 10 articles and 3 WP themes created and released exclusively by TurboMembership.com

1. You don't own copyright to the products.

2. Your Resale Rights for the monthly turbo ebook and turbo script

2.1You are licensed to re/sell the ebooks & scripts subject to these conditions. Suggested Retail Prices: Click here for more information.

2.2. You can sell the products for as long you remain a paid subscriber with TurboMembership.com. If you cancel your subscription, you're not allowed to sell the products. For the ebook you must not distribute the special e-brander application. You can distribute to your customers only the branded .pdf file.

2.3. Each product must be sold as a stand alone product and "as is" unless it's offered as a bonus - read below.

2.4 You DO NOT have Master Resell Rights for the products, that means you cannot sell the resale rights to anyone.

2.5.  You cannot sell the products in auction sites, like eBay.com®, etc., however you can USE those sites for selling the products through a CD and using a FIXED price (not accepting bids.)

2.6. You cannot add the products to a membership site - either free or paid.

2.7. You cannot give away the products and/or its files/elements (websites, graphics, etc.)

2.8. You may offer an affiliate program for the products if you wish. Your affiliate program should not pay more than 75% commissions on sales in all levels.

2.9. You can add the products as a Bonus to any of YOUR products - 3 products per offer. Products to which you have acquired the resale or any other type of rights do not count as YOUR products.

2.10. You can not package the products with any other product/s and sell everything through 1 price.

3. Your "DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT" License for the monthly 5 templates, 3 WP themes and 10 articles.

That means there are NO restrictions on what you can do with those products. Your license is valid for as long you remain a subscriber.

4.Your Private Label Rights for the monthly turbo ebook and turbo script

4.1. You DO NOT have the right to sell or give away the Private Label Rights to anyone, thus you cannot sell and/or give away the source files (Word®) documents, PSD files, source code, etc.

4.2. You can brand/sign the ebook with your name.

4.3. You can translate the products to another language. All terms here apply.

4.4. For the ebooks: You have the right to use the source files NOT AS A WHOLE but parts of it (not more than 10-15 pages from each turbo ebook) and use those parts to create your articles, post messages to your blogs, create your PDF reports and give them away for pre-selling the corresponding products, create your own websites and include the content to them, etc.

4.5. You can do anything you want with the work derived from the content of the ebook in parts as long you abide with the terms here. Thus, you may use the source file as a basis to create your own product. If you do so, you must obtain a Reselling Permission for a Derivative Product before starting to sell your new creation. Here is how to obtain such a license. Log in at www.turbohelpdesk.com and log a ticket asking for such a permission. Include the downloading URL of the new product you have created, along with the ways you are going to sell it and the rights you want to pass to your customers. Your request will be examined and if the product is indeed a new creation you'll receive the permission by email.

5. For all other products offered by either the Turbo Membership or by our sister sites you can access as a Turbo Member be 100% sure to comply with the terms each product carries. Always check the license of the product.

6. Your License cannot be transferred to a third party.
